We use “Nova Poshta” delivery service. On their site or app, you can calculate approximate cost.

• How long will delivery take?

On average in Ukraine delivery takes 3 days.

• What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email on previously specified address. The letter contains all order details, terms of payment and delivery conditions.

• Will I receive an invoice for my order?

A letter with an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specified while placing the order.

• When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment, on average, passes during first minutes, after confirming the transfer of funds.

• What should I do if I receive a damaged order or wrong product?

Contact us if you receive a damaged product, we will exchange it for an identical, undamaged one. If you are not satisfied with the product at all and did not agree to the exchange, we will refund you after returning the product.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at checkout.
